摘　　要：上海发电电力市场实行网厂分开、竞价上网试点 ,构造了一各发电企业、电网经营公司为交易主体的市场框架 ,制订了一系列的市场运营规则 ,对不同调峰性能的机组在电力市场交易中产生的影响进行的分析 ,并引入了“调峰补偿”的概念 ,从而提供一个对交易各方尽可能公平的竞争环境。Shanghai Generation power market is carrying out a trial structare reform of the separation of power plant from power grid and price competition to win mardet share.A eries of market operation rule has been worked out and the influence of various cyclic operated units to power market dealing has been analysed and a concept of 'cyclic operation compensation' ,will be adopted providing a more fair competition enviroment for various dealers.
