多功能全自动胶片冲洗机的研制和改进

摘　　要：胶片冲洗机采用 MCS- 5 1单片机作智能控制部件 TIP710 912位 A/ D变换 ,保证温度控制精度 ,EPSON液晶显示器与轻触式键盘 ,实现了人—机对话式输入输出 ,灵活、准确的电子调速系统 ,可在不同电压及频率条件下使用 ,设计出了电压力热风管路构成的烘干系统 ,保证低温了即可以双面烘干胶片。File swilling maching adopts MCS 51 chip microprocessor for the intelligent control component TIP7109 to alternate 12 bit A/D and guarantee the precision of temperature control.The machine equipped Epson Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and pat keyboard has realized mutual I/O between user and device,and possessed accurate,and flexible electronic adjusting speed system.It can be used under different voltage and frequency.In addition,it absorbs the advantage of international products and designs the drying system consisting of voltage force and hot wind pipes to ensure to dry double sides of film under lower temperature.
