摘　　要：对锦纶工业长丝在采取环锭加捻时 ,因中途停开车易造成油污丝的原因进行了分析 ,探讨了易造成油污丝的临界卷绕长度 ,提出了防止油污丝的方法——下摇钢领板拉直法 ,实践证明了该方法的实用性。It analyses the reason that makes soil stain yarn by stopping and starting during the ring twisting and winding.It discovers the critical winding length,which if the winding length beyonds,it will cause oil stain yarn by starting.It points out the solvable method--moving down the ring plate to make the yarn more tension.The practice proves that it is available.
