摘　　要：目的　探讨超声背向散射积分 (IBS)定量评价梗死心肌组织特征的临床价值。方法　对 2 2例各期前壁心肌梗死患者 (梗死组 )及 2 2例正常人 (对照组 )分别测定相应部位心肌及心包的背向散射积分参数 ,且受试者均经冠状动脉造影 (CAG)证实。结果　梗死心肌的IBS标化值(IBS % )、IBS周期变异延迟 (DTCV)校正值 (N delay)较正常心肌显著增高 (P <0 0 0 1) ,而IBS周期变异幅度 (CVIB)及周期变异率 (CVIB % )显著减低 (P <0 0 0 1) ,IBS跨壁差 (TGIB)趋于消失。结论　心肌IBS参数能定量反映梗死心肌的组织特征 。Objective To quantitatively assess the histological characteristics of infarcted myocardium using ultrasonic integrated backscatter.Methods Integrated backscatter (IBS) online analysis was carried out in 22 patients with recent or old myocardial infarction and 22 normal persons.Coronary arteriographies were performed in all subjects.Results There were significant differences in calibrated myocardial integrated backscatter (IBS%),magnitude of cyclic variation in integrated backscatter (CVIB),the ratio of CVIB(CVIB%) and calibration of delayed time of CVIB(N-delay) between infarcted and normal myocardium,and the tramsmural gradient of IBS disappeared in infarcted myocardium.Conclusion Analysis of integrated backscatter parameters can quantitatively assess the tissue characterization of infarcted myocardium.It is useful in the diagnosis of infarcted myocardium.
