摘 要:目的 :探讨氧化槐定碱对中枢神经系统的影响。方法 :采用行为药理学方法观察并测定氧化槐定碱对阈剂量和阈下剂量戊巴比妥催眠作用的影响 ,对小鼠外观活动和自身活动的影响及对戊四氮惊厥的影响。结果 :ip氧化槐定碱 2 5 0、5 0 0、10 0 0mg·kg-1,小鼠自发活动抑制率分别为 4 2 6%、5 7 2 %、76 3 % ,戊巴比妥钠催眠后入睡时间分别缩短 3 8 4 %、4 9 0 %、3 9 7% ,而睡眠时间分别延长 172 %、13 8%、3 89% ,并能明显加强阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠的催眠作用。氧化槐定碱 5 0 0、10 0 0mg·kg-1不能对抗戊四氮引起的惊厥。结论 :氧化槐定碱具有镇静。OBJECTIVE:To find out the influence of oxysophoridine on central nervous system.METHODS:By observing the changes of spontaneous activity,measuring the changes of hypnotic action induced with pentobarbital in threshold or subthreshold doses and examining the changes of convulsion caused by pentylenetetrazole,the action of oxysophoridine on central nervous system was observed.RESULTS:By comparing with control group,The inhibitory rates of spontaneous activity in experimental group mice,being given intraperitoneally oxysophoridine 250?500?1 000 mg·kg -1 ,were 42.6%, 52.9% and 76.3%,the latent period of falling induced by pentobarbital administration was shortened 38.4%,49.0%,39.4% and the sustained period of sleep was lengthened 172%,138%and 389%,respectively Hypnotic action subsequent to administration of pentobarbital in a subthresholed dose was greatly enhanced.Oxysophoridine 500,1 000 mg·kg -1 could not antagonize the convulsion caused by pentylenterrazole.CONCLUSION:Oxysophoridine possesses inhibitory effects on central nervous system.
