摘 要:目的 探讨超激光照射疗法对坐骨神经钳夹伤后神经再生的作用。方法 45只成年雄性家兔随机分为 3组 ,对照组根据是否钳夹坐骨神经分为两组 (A组和B组 ) ,C组为钳夹后超激光治疗组。钳夹前、钳夹后 2 4h、超激光治疗 10d、2 0d、30d时测运动神经传导速度 (MNCV) ,治疗 30d后行坐骨神经神经纤维单丝制备、Bielschowsky染色、Loyez染色、电镜超薄切片观察坐骨神经再生和修复情况。结果 超激光治疗 2 0d、30d时 ,C组MNCV明显快于B组 (P <0 0 1) ,但仍慢于术前 (P <0 0 1)。治疗 30d后光镜和电镜下观察 ,C组损伤处神经纤维有大量轴突和髓鞘形成 ,郎飞氏结清晰 ,结间距变短 ,髓鞘板层样结构清楚 ,轴浆内线粒体结构正常且数目增多 ,雪旺氏细胞胞浆丰富 ,胞浆内线粒体数目增多。Objective To investigate the effects of Super Lizer therapy on regeneration of sciatic nerve after being injured in rabbits Methods Forty five male adult Japanese long eared white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups of 15 each: (A) control group; (B)crashed group; (C) treated group Under sterile condition sciatic nerve was exposed and dissected at the middle of right thigh with hip and knee joints flexed at 90 degrees The sciatic nerve was loosely ligated with 0 silk and closely proximal to the ligation the sciatic nerve was crashed with a clamp at two point about 1 cm apart 24 h after injury Super Lizer therapy was started and performed once a day for 30 d Motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) was measured before and 24h after injury and 10, 20 and 30 d of Super Lizer treatment 30 d after Super Lizer treatment single nerve fiber was prepared and stained with Bielschowsky (foraxon) and Loyez (myelin sheath) staining for light and electron microscopy and regeneration and recovery of the crashed sciatic nerve were observed Results After 20 and 30 d of Super Lizer therapy MNCV was significantly faster in group C than that in group B Light and electron microscopy showed that in group C there were more regenerating axons and myclination; the Ranvier nodes were clear and internodal distances were shorter; layer structure of myelin sheath was clear; mitochondria were normal and increased in number; Schwamm cells contained rich cytoplasma and increased number of mitochondria Conclusions Super Lizer therapy can significantly improve regeneration of nerve after being injured
