摘　　要：小剂量雌孕激素联合使用防治绝经后骨质疏松症是当今趋势。复方尼尔雌醇片即是一种小剂量雌孕激素的复方制剂。通过1年临床观察123例用药与72例用安慰剂的绝经后骨质疏松患者疗效,表明该制剂可以阻止骨质疏松的发展(P<O.05),同时用药者的肝、肾功能,乳腺红外线扫描,子宫内膜和子宫大小B超,阴道脱落细胞找癌细胞均与对照组无显著性差异,亦无阴道流血发生。该药具有疗效确切、安全、服用方便等特点。It is a tendency to prevent and treat postmenopausal osteoporosis using compound tablet containing lower dosage of estrogen and progesterone. Compound Nilestriol Tablet is one of the type 3 national new drug products and was permitted to try in treatment in our hospital. A one year's clinical observation was performed in 195 patients.They are divided into two groups.In group one, 123 patients were treated with Complex table and in group two 72 patients were treated with placebo. The results showed that group one had a lower bone loss than that of group two significantly ( P < 0.05), and there were no obvious differences of other parameters between the two groups, such as the liver and kidney functions, the infrared scanning of the mammary gland, endometrium and size of uterus, carcinomatous changes in vagina exfoliated cells, retrogressive bleeding, and the rate of fractures.That means this drug is effective, safe, and convenient.
