摘　　要：在对三峡库区移民外迁安置工作进行进一步实地调研的基础上深入分析了制约移民外迁安置的主、客观因素 ,提出了消除制约因素 。Based on the on the spot investigation of emigration resettlement in Three gorges area, this paper first analyzes the subjective and objective factors, and then it puts forward some suggestions of dispelling the restriction factors and propelling the emigration resettlement work forward.
