摘　　要：从上海房地产业政策的演变过程来看，中国加入WTO后将影响上海房地产业的政策，根据加入WTO后上海房地产业政策的取向，企业应加快经营机制转变；改变经营策略，实施品牌战略；树立创新意识和加快人才培养，提高企业素质。If we look back at the policy evolution of Shanghai 's real estate industry, we will not fail to see that China's entry into WTO will bring impacts upon Shanghai's policy on real estate industry. With regard to the policy orientation after the entry, enterprises should quicken the transformation of operation mechanism, adjust operation strategy, create more famous brands, foster the idea of innovation and bring up more able workers so as to enhance the all-round attainment of the enterprises.
