摘　　要：对机械加工型面轮廓曲线特性分析建立了基于Kauhunen -Loeve变换的分析方法 ,通过特征值和相应的特征向量描述轮廓形貌特性 ,并可重构出轮廓误差曲线。主特征向量可用来预测预报型面轮廓加工质量。算例表明 。The analysis method for profile characteristics based on Kauhunen Loeve transform is presented. The profile characteristics are represented using eigenvalues and eigenvectors, thus the error surface profile can easily be reconstructed. The main eigenvectors can be used to monitor and predict the surface error. Examples show that this method is feasible and very effective.
