摘　　要：在介绍变压吸附脱碳工艺自控方案的基础上 ,给出了新一代适合中、小型变压吸附装置的C2 0 0HE控制系统 ,并介绍了该系统的硬件及软件构成 。A new C200HE control system suitable for small or medium PSA set is introduced based on the automatic control plan of the PSA's process which is used to remove CO 2 in this paper.The composition of the system's soft and hard ware is specified.The good reliability of the system has been proved in practice.
