摘　　要：随着经济发展和人民生活水平的不断提高 ,家电产品的淘汰废弃速度不断加快 ,如何有效地回收和处理这些家电产品 ,已经成为全球共同关心的主要热点之一。该文在阐述了电冰箱现有的回收处理方法和回收的重要意义的基础上 ,提出了评价电冰箱回收性能的指标体系 ,利用成本 -收益模型分析了电冰箱回收过程的经济特性 ;讨论了利用模糊层次分析法对冰箱回收性能进行评价的过程 。With the economic development and the improvement in the standard of living,the number of used and waste appliances are increasing. How to recycle and dispose these appliances has been one of the topics all over the world.The method of recycling and disposing the used and waste refrigerator and the importance of the recycling have been demonstrated in the paper. The assessment index system and assessment standards are proposed and the cost benefit model is also analyzed. The AHP Fuzzy method is applied to evaluate the recycling performance of refrigerators and the framework and implementation of the assessment system are presented as well.
