障翳散治疗老年性白内障的疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察障翳散治疗老年性白内障的临床疗效 ,将 70例患者随机分成两组 ,治疗组 3 5例 66只眼用障翳散治疗 ,对照组 3 5例 62只眼用白内停治疗 ,均以 1个月为一疗程 ,每周随诊一次 ,记录视力、结膜、角膜、晶体情况 ,及全身主要症状积分。结果 :治疗组总疗效明显优于对照组 ;治疗组平均远视力治疗后 14天与治疗前比较P <0 .0 5 ,治疗后 2 8天与对照组比较P <0 .0 5 ;两组治疗后视物模糊、眼干涩症状均有明显改善 ,组间比较P <0 .0 5 ,治疗组优于对照组 ;全身症状积分均有所下降 ,两组比较无统计学差异。To observe the clinical effects of 'Zhangyi Powder' in the treatment of senile cataract,70 cases were classified into treatment group with 35 cases and 66 eyes treated with 'Zhangyi Powder' and control group with 35 cases and 62 eyes treated with Catalin Eye Drops.They all were treated for one month,once a week.The eyesight,conjunctiva,cornea,lens and symptoms were measured.Results:the treatment group obtained better effects than the control group;in treatment group,the average eyesight increased (P< 0.05 )14 days after treatment;the eyesight in treatment group improved more significantly than that in control group 28 days after treatment (P<0.05);the blurred vision and dry eyes were relieved more greatly in treatment group than in control group (P<0.05).
