补心汤治疗前期冠心病心尖部异常运动现象67例临床观察

摘　　要：心尖部的异常运动是用超声心动图的方法发现的一种病理运动现象。它主要发生在一时难于诊断的冠心病前期的患者。用补心汤治疗取得了满意的效果。根据辨证施治,分别不同类型,标本兼治,使大多数人症状改善或消除,心尖部的异常运动也有相应的好转或治愈。其治愈率加显效率为87％,其结果对冠心病前期的患者有推迟或预防冠心病发生的作用。Abnormal motion at apex area of heart is a pathological phenomenon and it can be found with ultrasound cardiography and it occurs mainly in the patient of prophase coronary heart disease with difficulty in diagnosis for a short while. Bu Xin Decoction was used with satisfactory results. Treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs and treating both the principal and the secondary aspects of the disease can make most patients to improve or eliminate the symptoms and correspondingly improve or cure abnormal motion of apex of the heart, the cured rate plus markedly effective rate being 87%. Bu Xin Decoction can postpone or prevent occurrence of coronary heart disease for the patient of prophase corconary heart disease.
