摘 要:目的探讨体外热应激胸腺细胞的亚群变化及凋亡与胸腺细胞表达 Fas、Fas- L 的关系。方法用流式细胞术检测体外热应激后再培养的胸腺细胞不同时间的凋亡率、CD4CD8亚群及表达 Fas、Fas- L的阳性率。结果体外热应激胸腺细胞的凋亡率和表达 Fas及 Fas- L 的阳性率均呈时间依赖性增高 ,凋亡的胸腺细胞以 CD4+ CD8+双阳性胸腺细胞为主。结论热应激主要诱导 CD4+ CD8+ 胸腺细胞凋亡 ;Fas与 Fas-Objective To study the relationship between the expression of Fas/Fas L and the subpopulation changes and apoptosis in heat stress treated thymocytes in vitro MethodsThe positive rates of Fas and Fas L, the apoptosis and CD4CD8 subpopulations of thymocytes were assayed by flow cytometry ResultsThe apoptotic rates and the expression of Fas and Fas L in heat stress treated thymocytes were all increased time dependently in vitro There is a significant relationship between the increase of Fas/Fas L expression and the increase of apoptotic rates of heat stress treated thymocytes in vitro The apoptotic thymocytes treated by heat stress are mainly CD4 +CD8 + double positive(DP)subpopulation Conclusions Heat stress mainly induce CD4 +CD8 + thymocytes apoptosis Fas and Fas L are both important molecules which mediate heat stress induced apoptosis of thymocytes in vitro
