摘  要:目的 探讨细胞凋亡百分率与多系统器官衰竭(MOF)的预后关系。方法 采用对照双盲法流式细胞仪检测MOF患者外周血淋巴细胞与单核粒细胞的凋亡早期、凋亡性死亡百分率。结果 ①MOF患者淋巴细胞、单核粒细胞凋亡早期和凋亡性死亡率高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;②MOF患者单核粒细胞凋亡性死亡百分率与器官衰竭数目成正相关 ;③单核粒细胞凋亡总百分率、器官衰竭数与MOF患者死亡成正相关。结论 MOF患者外周血单核粒细胞凋亡异常增加 。Objective To assess the changes of varied leukocyte apoptosis in the patients with multiple system organ failure (MOF). Methods In a double blind controlled trial of 10 pairs (study cases with MOF and control cases with cystic cholelith without MOF), varied leukocyte apoptosis in the different stages of apoptosis, in the early phase and secondary necrosis (apoptotic death), was examined by flow cytometer (FCM). Results The early apoptosis cells and secondary necrotic cells of lymphocytes nand single nucleus granulocyte in the patients with MOF surpassed significantly in the patients without MOF ( P< 0 05). The relation between the whole apotosis cells of single nucleus granulocyte or the sum of organ in which its function was failure and obituary score (dead=10 score, survivor=1 score) was statistically significant in patients with MOF ( P< 0 01). The relationship between apoptotic death of single nucleus granulocyte and the sum of failure organ was highly statisticaly notable (P<0 01). Conclusion Apoptosis of the single nucleus granulocyte is abnormally increased and may be related to the state of the organ function and prognosis in patients with MOF.
