鳖甲煎丸对大鼠肝纤维化过程中肝脏胶原及血清前胶原Ⅲ等影响的动态观察

摘　　要：鳖甲煎丸无论对轻度或较重度肝纤维化均能明显减轻其CoⅠ、CoⅢ、CoⅣ阳性程度 ,降低血清HA、LN、PcⅢ含量 ;改善血液循环 ,增加肝内循环血量 ,使肝内胶原纤维的降解增加 ;能直接抑制肝内胶原的沉积 ,从而减缓肝纤维化的发生。This Bolus can markedly reduce CoI, CoIII and CoIV positives seen in both slight and severe hepatic fibrosis and decrease the content of serum HA, LN, PcIII. It can also improve blood circulation and increase the intra hepatic blood flow so that the degradation of collagenous fibers is bettered. Besides, it also prevents the deposit of hepatic collagen, thus relieving hepatic fibrosis.
