摘 要:目的 探讨荧光半定量技术检测肺炎支原体DNA(MP DNA)在诊断小儿呼吸道支原体感染的临床价值。方法 运用荧光半定量PCR技术检测呼吸道感染患儿咽拭子MP DNA ,并与临床治疗和诊断结果进行相关分析。结果 对 96 8例肺部感染的住院患儿进行了咽拭子MP DNA的检测 ,30 7例 (31.7% )阳性。 185例临床诊断为支原体肺炎。临床诊断符合率为 6 0 .2 6 % ;相关分析表明 :MP DNA半定量的结果与临床诊断呈正相关 ,r =0 .98。结论 荧光半定量PCR法检测咽拭子MP DNA是一种快速、简便、易行、比较敏感的方法。且荧光半定量结果与临床诊断符合率呈正相关关系。Objiective To study the clinical value of fluorescent-quantitation PCR technique on Mycoplasma pneumoniae DNA(MP-DNA) detection on children with respiratory tract disease (according to international disease classification code:446,493 and 480~486).Method Samples were taken from throat swab from children with respiratory disease and MP-DNA were detected by the technique of fluorescent-quantitation. Correlationship between clinical treatment and diagnosis of MP pneumoniae with the result of MP-DNA quantitative estimation were analysed by the method of correlation analysis.Results 1. 968 of 2267 cases with pulmonary infection were detected for MP-DNA. 307 of 968 cases (31.7 %) showed throat swab and/or blood MP-DNA positive, 185 cases were clinically diagnosed as MP pneumonia. Mean clinical diagnosis coincidence rate were 60.26 %. 2. Statistical analyses showed that MP-DNA quantitation was positively correlated with clinical diagnosis,r=0.98.Conclusions 1. Throat swab MP-DNA detection is an simple, reliable and rather sensitive method in clinical diagnosis of MP pneumonia. 2.Clinical diagnostic coincidence rate is positively correlated with MP-DNA quantitation.
