不明原因早期自然流产患者静脉血T细胞及T亚群变化的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨不明原因早期自然流产患者静脉血 T细胞及 T亚群变化。方法 :采用流式细胞仪与免疫荧光技术相结合 ,检测不明原因早期自然流产患者 (病例组 )和正常妊娠早期妇女 (早孕组 )外周血中 CD+ 3 ,CD+ 4 ,CD+ 8细胞的百分含量。结果 :病例组 31例早期自然流产妇女外周静脉血 CD+ 3 ,CD+ 4 ,CD+ 8T细胞及 T亚群百分含量以及 CD+ 4 / CD+ 8的比例分别为 (6 7.11± 5 .17) %、(35 .35± 5 .2 6 ) %、(2 3.76± 4.92 ) %、1.49± 0 .5 9。早孕组 33例正常妊娠 12周以内妇女分别为 (6 4.45± 4.5 6 ) %、(36 .0 7± 5 .78) %、(2 1.85± 3.73) %、1.5 3± 0 .73。对两组结果进行统计学处理 P>0 .0 5 ,无显著性差异。结论 :不明原因早期自然流产患者静脉血中 T细胞及Objective:To study the relation ship between T subtype cells and unexplained early spontaneous abortion Methods:The percentages of T cells and T subtype cells in the serum samples from spontaneously aborted woman(test group,n=31),and normal pregnant women(contrast group,n=33).Result:The percentages of T cells and T subtype from spontaneously aborted women are as same as that of normal pregnant women.
