醒神液对中枢神经系统兴奋性的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察醒神液对中枢神经系统 (CNS)兴奋性的影响。方法 :灌胃给药 5次 ,观察睡眠实验、中枢兴奋实验和耐缺氧实验。结果 :醒神液能缩短戊巴比妥钠睡眠持续时间 ,而对苯巴比妥钠睡眠实验无明显影响 ;醒神液有对抗苦味毒兴奋CNS的作用 ,延长惊厥潜伏期、减少惊厥死亡率 ,起镇静抗惊厥作用 ;醒神液能延长小鼠耐缺氧存活时间。结论 :醒神液对CNS兴奋性有双向调节作用。Objective:Observe the affect of Xing Sheng Yie on CNS. Methords: Observed sleep experiment、 central excitation experiment 、hypoxia tolerance after giving drugs 5 times.Result: Xing Sheng Yie can shorten continous time of sleep leaded by pentobarbital.It had the action of anti-convulsion. It can prolong mouse's survival time in hypoxia. Conclusion:Xing Sheng Yie has action of dual-directional adjustion to CNS excitation.ectoris amounted to 95%, that to the improving of ECG amounted to 70%, the improving time (minutes) of holter ECG from 132.26±16.56 to 38.32±5.46. The therapeutic efficacy of chinese medicine of tonifying the kidney is higher than isosorbidi mononitratis with significant difference between these two drugs (P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine of tonifying the kidney is useful to the treatment of angina pectoris and without any side effect.
