摘　　要：本文对从铬鞣革屑中提取胶原及其降解产物的方法进行了综述。这些方法包括碱处理法、碱—酶处理法、氧化法、酸处理法、酸碱交替处理法及酶处理法。The processes for preparing collagen and collagen hydrolyzate from chrome shavings have been summarized in the present paper. These processes include the treatments with acids, alkalis, oxidants, enzymes, alkalis-enzymes as well as the alternate treatment with acids and alkalis. The processes with either alkalis or alkalis-enzymes have been put into operation in some factories on the production scale.
