摘　　要：本文综述回收皮革废弃物胶原蛋白最新应用研究进展 ,总结了胶原蛋白利用性质和胶原多肽的营养及生理功能 。The lately study progress in the recovery of collagen from leather waste materials are generalized. The utilization properties of collagen, and the nutrition and physiological function of collagen peptides are summarized, too. In addition the manufacturing processing and the utilization study progress in the present and future situation of collagen are evaluated.
