糖尿病胃轻瘫的超声临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨II型糖尿病患者胃液体半排空功能的改变,以利于糖尿病性胃轻瘫的诊断和治疗。方法应用B超检测20例II型糖尿病患者及22例健康人的胃半排空时间,对比观察。结果:II型糖尿病患者组胃液体半排空时间(T/2)为(28±8.94)min健康对照组胃液体半排空时间为(14.8±4.35)min,二者之间差异非常显著P<0.001。结论糖尿病患者有明显胃排空功能障碍,B超可以准确有效地检测糖尿病性胃轻瘫及观察胃肠动力药对胃排空功能障碍的改善。Objective:This article investigated the changes of the gastric emptying time in patients with type II diabetic gastro-paresis by ultrasonography in order to diagnose and treat for the disease.Methods:The half emptying time of gastric liquid was measured by B-mode ultrasonograpgy in20type II dibetic patients and22healthy subjects.Results:The half emptying time T1/2was288.94min in diabetic patients and14.84.35min in healthy subjects.A clear different was observed between them(p<0.01).Conclusion:There was a obstruction of gastric emptying time in type II diabetic patients.It is possible that we exam-ine the type II diabetic gastroparesis and observe effectively the improvement of function obstruction after therapy with gastroin-testinal dynamic medicines.
