柘木根黄酮注射液对小鼠S180肿瘤的抑制作用

摘　　要：柘木根水提液全组分 F1经聚苯乙烯吸附树脂 D32 5 0处理和酒精分步洗脱 ,得 F2 ,F3和 F4几个组分 ,其中组分 F3黄酮含量最高 ,约占 75 %。腹腔注射 F1和 F3,实验结果显示 ,F1和 F3都对 S1 80荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤生长起到抑制作用 ,其中 F3的抑瘤效果比 F1有所提高。The water extract of Cudrania tricuspidata(F 1) was separated into three fractions (F 2, F 3, F 4) through D3250 adsorption chromatography and ethanol. F 3 was shown to contain 75% of flavonoid. After examining the effects of F 1 and F 3 on S180 mice's tumor growth by intraperitoneal injection, we found that both F 1 and F 3 could inhibit the tumor growth, and F 3 was more effective than F 1.
