摘　　要：医改后医院的发展受到多方制约 ,医院之间竞争将更加剧烈 ,为此 ,今后医院的发展 ,首先要确立新的优先发展战略 ,转变传统服务观念 ;强化医院管理 ,提高运营速率 ;调整服务结构 ,发展特色医疗 ;实施成本管理。Hospital development after medical reform is faced with much constriction. The competition between hospitals will be more and more rigorous. Thus, hospital development ahead should establish a new prior development strategy, transform traditional sense of service, strengthen hospital management, improve management efficiency, adjust service structure, develop characteristic medical treatment, and execute cost management.
