摘　　要：以水利工程竣工验收环境影响调查的理论为指导 ,以河北省桃林口水库一期工程竣工验收环境影响调查为例 ,制定了水利工程竣工验收环境影响调查的技术路线 ,将竣工验收环境影响调查的程序和方法在具体案例中加以应用 ,并对案例研究的调查结果进行了探讨 .The environmental impact investigation of water conservancy engineering has been executed as an important part of final acceptance. Nevertheless, the research of environmental impact investigation is relatively feeble. As a case study, the environmental impact investigation of Taolinkou reservoir project at final acceptance is analyzed in this article based on the theory of environmental impact investigation of water conservancy engineering at final acceptance. The process and the methods of environmental impact investigation at final acceptance are used in practice. Finally, the findings of the case study are addressed.
