摘　　要：为了建立一种提取苏云金杆菌 (Bacillusthuringiensis)质粒DNA的常规方法 ,介绍了一种改进的TritonX 10 0温和裂解法 ,与碱裂解法和SDS裂解法相比 ,具有简易、重复性好等优点 .对采用该方法提取的质粒DNA进行电泳 ,取得了较理想的效果 。In order to find a routine method to extract plasmids DNA form Bacillus thuringiensis, a modified protocol of the Triton X-100 gentle lysis was reported. As compared with SDS gentle lysis and alkaline lysis, this method was simples, reproducidle and reliable. Based on the Triton X-100 gentle lysis, the electrophoregram of plasmids DNA was satisfying. It indicated that this method was applicable to extract plasmids DNA from Bacillus thuringiensis.
