泻火开窍方对慢性铝中毒老年痴呆模型红细胞免疫及其调节因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察老年性痴呆模型红细胞免疫的变化特点及泻火开窍方的调节作用。方法:以慢性铝中毒方法复制老年性痴呆动物模型,随机将模型动物分为4组,并设正常老年动物对照组。结果:慢性铝中毒老年性痴呆模型RC3bR及RFER显著降低,而RICR及RFIR显著升高;泻火开窍方组RC3bR及RFER显著高于模型对照组,而RICR、RFIR显著降低(P<0.05～0.01)。结论:慢性铝中毒老年痴呆模型红细胞免疫功能明显低下;泻火开窍方可显著改善其红细胞免疫及其调节功能。Objective:In order to observe the characteristics of red cell immune in aged dementia mice induced by AlCl3 as well as the effects of XieHuoKaiQiao formula on the model mice. Methods:The aged dementia model were induced by long-term i.p.AlCl3.The model mice were divided into 4 groups,the normal aged mice group was also observed. Results:In model control group,the RCR and RFER were descended, meanwhile the RICR and RFIR were ascended significantly. The RC3b and RFER were higher significantly in XieHuoKaiQiao group than those in model control group, the RICR and RFIR were reduced significantly in XieHouKaiQiao group(P<0.05～0.01). Conclution:The red cell immune in aged dementia mice induced by AlCl3 were lower significantly. The effects of XieHuoKaiQiao formula on up-regutating the red cell immune were remarkable.
