摘  要:以邻二氯苯为原料,经过硝化制得3,4-二氯硝基苯,再经过氟化反应得到3-氯-4-氟硝基苯,最后使用氢气加氢还原得到产品3-氯-4-氟苯胺,减压蒸馏后可获得纯度98%以上的产品。通过试验考察了各种影响因素,如反应时间、温度、压力、配比,得到最佳工艺路线。实验表明,该工艺使用原料简单易得,反应条件温和,成本低,总收率56%,工业生产可行。The product is preparation from o-dichlorobenzene,3,4-dichloro nitrobenzene is produce by nitride of dichloro benzene,then by flouration get the 3-chloro-4-flouro nitrobenzene,last,we made use of catalysting hydrogenoration generate the 3-chloro-4-flouroaniline. The purity product is made by filteration,the content of product is 98%. We study to the all kinds of fact that in eluding reacting temperature ,reacting time, additive rate of kinds of raw material, and the selectation of catalyst, we generate the best experiments result, ft turts out through experiments that the raw materials is easy to get,the process are easy to control and the cost can be cowered with a final output rate of 56%. It is more fit for industrialized manufacturing.
