摘　　要：以汉长安城为例 ,通过对汉长安城遗址分布概况、遗址构成要素、遗址特征与评价的分析 ,提出了汉长安城保护与旅游业可持续发展总体规划 ,对文物保护、生态环境建设、村镇景观建设、公园形象景观建设和旅游发展等方面提出了对策 ,探讨了大遗址保护与旅游发展总体规划的基本方法与思路 .The strategy of the protecting and utilization of Han Chang'an City,the countermeasure of ecological environment construction,villages and small towns landscape construction,figure landscape construction as well as tour development,together with the main meaures are put forward,based on the analysis of history evolution,distribution survey and constitution factors of the ruins of Han Chang'an City.
