点式幕墙钢化玻璃圆盘试验研究

摘　　要：北京植物园展览温室采用点式玻璃幕墙 ,其钢化玻璃均从法国进口 ,抗弯强度和弹性模量能否采用现有的中国幕墙规范数值是个问题。按照国内试验要求做了1∶1加载试验研究 ,对影响玻璃板承载性能的几个因素进行实测分析 ,进行相应的有限元计算分析 ,结果和有限元分析较为吻合 ,说明我们有限元计算模型和结果的正确性。我们总结出简单的规律 ,为工程设计提供理论依据。Beijing Botanical Garden Exhibition Greenhouse uses point type glass curtain wall with imported tempered glass from French. It is a question weather the existing Chinese curtain wall specification can be used for the glass bending strength and elastic modulus. This paper has made 1:1 loaded test and research as per domestic test requirements. The practical measurement and analysis for some factors affecting glass loaded properties as well as relative finite element calculation and analysis have been carried out. The result tallies with the finite element analysis. That shows the correctness of result and finite element calculation model. The simple law is summarised and the theory basis is provided for engineering design.
