摘　　要：“三个代表”是“七一”讲话的主线和灵魂 ,是新世纪治党治国的政治纲领。它表明了中国共产党在新的历史条件下保持工人阶级先锋队性质、确保执政党地位的决心和信心。从理论上看 ,中国共产党八十年的奋斗 ,就是“三个代表”的伟大实践。面对当前特殊的形势 ,“三个代表”又增添了崭新的内涵。从实践上看 ,“三个代表”对中国共产党的建设和社会主义建设提供了理论指导 。Three Represent's' is the lifeblood and soul of the 'July 1 Speech'.It is also a political program by which to govern the Party and the state.Theoretically speaking,the 80 years' struggle of the CPC has been the great practice of 'the Three Represent's';and judging by the present situation,'the Three Represent's' has acquired added significance.Practically speaking,'the Three Represent's' has provided theoretic guidance for the Party's consolidation and socialist construction,ensuring the vigorous growth of the latter.
