摘 要:目的研究猫低速弹颅脑伤 (LMCW)后几种重要血液流变学指标的变化 ,探索甘露醇、低分子右旋糖酐(低右 )治疗对脑微循环的影响。方法改良Carey法制作猫LMCW模型 ,将24只猫分为创伤组 (C组 )、甘露醇治疗组 (Man组 )、低右组 (Dex组 )和甘露醇 +低右治疗组 (M +D组 )4组。分别于伤前、伤后5个时间点采静脉血测算 ηb、ηP、PFC、HCT、ESR、AI和TK等。结果LMCW后C组 ηb、ηp、PFC等明显升高 ,TK下降 ;Man或Dex均可改善血液流变学特性 ,M +D治疗改善时间较长。结论Man和Objective To seek the alterations of blood rheology following low_velocity missile craniocerebral wounded(LMCW)in cats and study the therapeutical effects treated with mannitol and/or dextran 40.Methods Construct a LMCW animal model in cat reference to Carey ME's method. Twenty_four cats were divided into four subgroups with 6 in each, i.e. LMCW group(C group),mannitol treated group(Man group), dextran 40 treated group(Dex40 group),mannitol and Dex40 group(M+D group). Blood samples were collected at 5 time points respectively for surveying and calculating ηb,ηp,PFC,HCT,ESR,AI and deformability of RBC (TK).Results In C group,all hemorrheological parameters rose significantly, and didn't recover to normal. In mannitol or dextran 40 hemorrheological characters improved . In mannitol and dextran 40, hemorrheological alterations alleviated more significantly and longer. Conclusions The mechanism of mannitol and/or dextran 40 to ameliorate cerebral microcirculation alterations following brain injuries may rely on their improving blood rheological characters.
