摘  要:目的观察1.6 -2磷酸果糖对脾虚大鼠血液流变学和红细胞变形性的影响。方法将24只Wistar大鼠随机分为脾虚组 ,脾虚组 +FDP组和对照组 ,采用LG -l90型细胞仪测定大鼠红细胞变形性和聚集性 ,采用锥板式粘度计测全血粘度。结果FDP治疗2周后 ,红细胞变形性增强 ,聚集性降低 ,全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原降低 ,同时可以改善心脏功能。结论FDP能明显改善脾虚大鼠红细胞变形性和血液流变特性。Objective To explore the effect of FDP on the Deformability of erythrocyte and hemorrheological characteristics and the therapeutic effect in rat model of spleen_asthenia.Methods 24 rats were divided into model of spleen-asthenia(RMSA), rats model treated with FDP(RMSA+FDP)and the controls. Erythrocyte deformability and aggregation were determined by LG-190 cellular device.Results Treated by FDP for 2 weeks, deformability of erythrocyte increased, The aggregation of erythrocyte, The whole blood viscosity, serum viscosity and fibrinogen reduced. It can also improve the heart function. Conclusions FDP can obviously improve the Deformability of erthrocyte and hemorrheological characteristics of rat model of spleen_asthenia.
