摘 要:低氧适应基因是指一类低氧诱导表达并参与低氧适应反应的基因群。目前已发现低氧适应基因30余个,其主要通过对机体红细胞生成、血管生长和舒缩、糖代谢和应激反应等生理功能的调节,提高机体的氧摄取和氧利用能力。HIF-1作为重要转录因子在这类基因的表达调控方面具有关键作用。系统认识低氧适应基因及其生物学功能,对于探索低氧损伤防护和促进低氧适应的医学策略和相关医药措施具有重要的科学意义。现阶段我国开展低氧适应相关基因的研究策略应考虑:(1)重视生物性低氧适应相关基因的研究;(2)重点开展生理性低氧适应相关基因的研究;(3)以低氧应激为导向进行低氧适应相关基因的研究;(4)注重低氧适应相关基因多态性的研究;(5)应用现代生物技术研究低氧适应相关基因。Genes related to hypoxia adaptation are the gene group, which are induced by hypoxia to encode the proteins regulating hypoxia adaptive response. More than 30 genes have been identified. The products of these genes regulate a variety of physiological functions, such as erythropoiesis, angiogenesis and vascular tone , glycolysis and glucose uptake , stress response to increase O2 delivery or allow metabolic adaptation to reduced O2 availability. HIF-1 as important transcription factor plays a critical role in activating these genes expression. Further exploring the genes related to hypoxia adaptation and studying their function and regulation mechanism would possess important scientific significance in preventing the hypoxia induced injury and promoting the adaptive process. In the research the following points should be considered: 1. Paying attention to genes related to biological adaptation ; 2. Laying stress on the genes related to physiological adaptation ; 3. Taking the gene related to hypoxia stress as probe to explore the genes related to hypoxia adaptation ; 4. Strengthening the study on the polymorphism of genes related to hypoxia adaptation ; 5. Applying the modern new biological techniques to study gene related hypoxia adaptation.
