摘  要:以 8 -羟基喹啉为显色剂 ,三氯甲烷为萃取剂 ,在pH =5 .6的条件下 ,用偏最小二乘 -分光光度法同时测定了铁、镍、钒含量均在 2 0 μg/mL的三组分合成样 ,测定相对误差小于 1% .实验证明 ,对于加和性不好的体系 ,采用偏最小二乘Contents that are 2.0μg/mL of iron,nickle and vanadium in three-componented synthetic samples were determined by Partial Least-Squares Spec-tropotometry,when pH of the solution is equal to 5.6 and 8-Hydroxy-Quinoline is used as a color agent and Chioroform is used as a extractive agent.The relative error of determined results is not more than 1%.It can be found that for the system with poor additivity the determined results is satisfactory by using PLS method.
