奥硝唑急性毒性试验研究

摘　　要：目的观察小鼠一次静脉注射奥硝唑后所产生的急性毒性反应和死亡情况.方法将小鼠随机分成5组,每组10只(雌雄各半).一次性尾静脉注射相应剂量奥硝唑观察7 d,记录死亡率.结果奥硝唑LD50为1073.96mg/kg.结论奥硝唑LD50相当于临床拟用日剂量75.2倍,可安全用于临床.Objective To observe the acute and toxic reaction and the death of the mice given Ornidazole injection for one time.Methods The mice were divided into 5 groups randomly and every group is 10 mice(male and female mice take half) and given corresponding doses of Ornidazole one time.The death rate of the mice was written during 7 days after administration.Results LD 50 of Ornidazole is 1073.96 mg/kg.Conclusion LD 50 of Ornidazole is 72.5 times than the planning clinical dose per day.
