商业中心空调工程冷热源方案的分析

摘　　要：结合某商业中心的特点和天津市的能源结构 ,对拟采用的四种空调冷、热源方案从初投资、年经营费、一次能耗、对环境的影响等方面进行了剖析及敏感性分析 ,并给出了一些结论 ,对华北地区空调冷。According to the characteristics of the shopping center and energy supply condition, this paper makes a synthetic analysis and comparison of four schemes in respects of initial investment, running cost, primary energy consumption and environment effects, also gives the analysis of sensitivity and makes conclusions, which will be helpful in choices of cooling/heating sources in North.
