摘　　要：随着我国医药卫生体制改革的不断深入.国有医院的生存和发展将面临更加严峻的挑战。要想在纷繁复杂的竞争环境中求得生存和发展,首先要加快建立适应医疗市场竞争需要、充满生机与活力的医院管理新架构,以便更好地优化医院资源配置,充分调动各类人员的积极性,实现国有医院跨越式发展。With the deepening reform of medical and health in the country, the stated hospital is facing severe challenges on survival and development. In order to gel surviving and developing, the new model of hospital management should be constructed, which is of vitality and activity and can match the necessary in the competition of medical service markets, so that, we can allocate health resources move suitably, increase the initiation of staffs, and achieve the hospital's leaping development.
