危重患者连续性肾脏替代治疗的护理

摘　　要：我科于1999年6月～2001年2月对15例危重患者进行了连续性肾脏替代治疗,延长或挽救了患者的生命,收到了良好的效果。在治疗期间,熟练掌握机器的操作,严格无菌操作,密切监护容量平衡,合理应用抗凝剂,及时发现和协助医生处理并发症,维持水电解质平衡,保护血管通路,并加强基础护理极为重要。From June 1999 to February 2001, there had been 15 patients accepting continuous renal replacement therapy in our hospital, which had achieved favorable effects of prolonging or saving the patients' lives. During the treatment, all of the following are very important; handling the machine expertly; practicing aseptic operation strictly; monitoring volume balance nearly; using anticoagulant reasonably; finding the complications in time and assisting the doctor treating them; maintaining the fluid and electrolyte balance; protecting the vessel access; and strengthening basic nursing.
