摘　　要：以 3则医案为例 ,论述了李德新教授治疗皮肤、乳房疾病的学术思想。强调治病求本 ,从整体观念出发 ,辨证论治 ,以内治为主 ,切中病机 。The writing takes three medical records as evidence,discussing prof.Li Dexin′s science ideas of treating surgical disease.Prof.Li emphasizes the important role of searching for the primary cause of a disease in its treatment.According to the concept of wholism,diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient′s condition,puting internal remedy above everything else.Stressing pathogenesis,achieving significant therapeutic effect in all patients.
