摘　　要：福费廷作为一种新型的贸易融资方式，其诸多优点对进出口商充满了吸引力，我国发展福费廷业务将会推动外贸出口企业和商业银行的进一步发展，产生银企双赢的社会效应，我们应采取有力措施拓展福费廷业务。As a type of new trade financing method ,Forfaiting attracts the import and export merchants with its advantages.Developing Forfaiti ng in China will promote the further development of export enterprises and comm ercial banks, and bring about the win-win effect of banks and enterprises.So we should take strong measures to open up the Forfaiting business.
