活性炭配料液中氯化锌含量测定方法研究

摘  要:本文报道了采用间接碘量法配合预脱色及除铁离子(Fe^(3+),Fe^(2+))处理对氯化锌法生产活性碳的活化剂溶液中锌含量进行测定的新方法。该法具有终点敏锐、干扰少、操作简便、精密度、准确度较高的优点。试验表明该法相对标准偏差为0.55%,相对误差小于1%。解决了目前工厂采用测波美度方法控制配料液浓度产生的质量问题。This paper gives a new method which determines the content of zinc chloride in activator solution for producing activated carbon by indirect iodometry method after prcdccolor and removing iron (Fc3+and Fe2+) .This method has a sharp point and higher precision and accuracy. It has less interference and simple procedure. Experiments shocd that the relative standard deviation of this method was about 0.5% and relative error was less than 1%. The new determination method can improve the quantity problem of product from controlling the content of zinc chloride in activator solution by determining Baume degress method.
