影响夏菊花品种成花诱导因素的研究

摘　　要：以夏菊花品种夏黄一号、夏白一号为试材。研究了内、外界因素对夏菊品种成花诱导的影响。结果表明,它们的成花诱导要求有其特殊性:需低温诱导而非短日诱导;3周的低温(3～7℃)处理已经足够;外源GA_3可代替两个品种的低温诱导效应;诱导期间,高光照强度可增加其春化诱导的效果;植株大小对成蕾诱导的影响不明显。Summer chrysanthemum is a plant of vernalization-requiring, its flower initiationdepends on basal cold treatment. On the time of vernalization, three weeks are sufficient for the full vernalization effect. Exogenous GA_3 effectively substitutes for chilling treatment of chrysanthemum cv. 'Summer Yellow 1' , 'Summer White 1'. During vernalization the increase in light intensity results in earlier flowering. But the larger age of the plants isn't needed when they become sensitive to cold induction, i.e.,they possess a shorter juvenile phase.
