摘　　要：通过对中国对外开放二十年中吸收外资的动因和正负效应的实证分析 ,提出我国民族产业所面临的安全问题 ;并在此基础上提出我国增强民族产业安全的政策和建议 :控制外资数量 ,提高外资质量 ,培养有竞争力的大型民族企业。Some policies and proposals were put forward for the safety of national industries based on the positive analysis of the positive-negative effects of absorbing foreign capital in the reform and opening to the outside world for twenty years.It is necessary to control the quantity of foreign-investment enterprises and improve the quality of them of develop the national large-scale enterprises with competitive power.
