含硒的膦酸酯化合物抑菌作用的微量热研究  

Microcalorimetric Study of the Antibacterial Action of Four Kinds of α-amino Dialkyl Phosphonate Ester Containing Selenomorpholine

摘　　要：采用瑞典产 L KB- 2 2 77生物活性检测系统 (热导式微量热计 )、用停流法研究了四种含硒代吗啉环的膦酸酯化合物对大肠杆菌作用的热功率输出曲线 ,得到了大肠杆菌在不同药物浓度下的生长速率常数 k等参数。结果表明 ,(N-硒代吗啉基 )甲基膦酸二苯酯的抗菌效果较明显 。By using an LKB-2277 Bioactivity Monitor (heat conduction microcalorimeter), flow-through method, the thermogenic curves of Escherichia. coli growth at 37°C effected by four kinds of α-amino dialkyl phosphonate ester containing selenomorpholine are determined, and parameters such as growth rate constants (k), inhibitory ratio (I), are obtained. Considering both the growth rate constant (k) and inhibitory ratio (I), we can find that the antibacterial action of (N-selenomorpholine) diphenyl phosphonate ester is better than that of the others.
