高校中青年教职工血压及高血压分析

摘　　要：目的 :了解高校中青年教职工血压及高血压患病情况。方法 :普查四川大学东区 30～ 45岁教职工血压及高血压患病率。结果 :(1)男、女血压平均值分别为 :119.6 0± 11.0 1/79.49± 8.91m m Hg,116 .41± 11.10 /76 .90± 7.6 3mm Hg,两者收缩压和舒张压均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。 (2 )血压为正常高限者占 9.33% ,高血压总患病率 6 .18% ,其中 级高血压占 81.36 % , 级高血压占 16 .95 % , 级高血压占 1.6 9%。 (3)高血压患病率与性别、年龄有密切关系 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :为能从青年时期防止高血压的发生和发展 ,对 级高血压病人应采取恰当的二级预防 ,以防止心脑血管疾病的发生 ,对血压为正常高限的人群 。Objective:To understand the situation of blood pressure and hypertension in the youth and middle aged staff of universities.Methods:The blood pressure and the prevalence of hypertension were obtained from the staff of 30 to 45 years old on the east part of the sichuan university.Results:(1)The average blood pressure of male and female are:119 60±11 01/79 49±8 91mmHg,116 41±11 10/76 90±7 63mmHg.There is a obviously difference between the sexes on the SBP and DBP( P <0 01).(2)The incidence of the normal high limit on blood pressure is 9 33%.Total prevalence of hypertension is 6 18%,among which the first class takes 81 36%,the second class takes 16 95%,the third class takes 1 69%.(3)The prevalence rate of hypertension is related to sex and age( P <0 05).Conclusion:In order to prevent the birth and development of hypertension from youth period,the patients of the first class hypertension are to take the secondary preventing means,to prevent the suffering of the diseases in blood vessels of hearts and brains,to those with normal high limit on blood pressure,the preventing means of first class should be taken as early as possible.
