摘　　要：采用统计型反馈方法对黄金情报用户情报工作的现状、所需的情报源、情报内容、情报类型、用户获取情报的渠道及感兴趣的服务项目 6个方面进行了调查 ,通过分析统计结果 ,总结了黄金行业情报需求的规律与特点 ,提出了黄金情报机构今后的工作方向。Using the statistics method,the author investigated the information needs of user for gold industry on six aspects. That is,the present situation service,the source that is needed by the user,the information contents,the ways that the user gets information and the service items that the user interest in.By analysing the statistic data,the author infers the rules and characteristics about the information requirement for users of gold industry and gives a developing tend for dold information service.
