摘　　要：由于中国电信的设备制式七国八制、设备话单制式千差万别、计费费率的设置也不同 ,想要准确地反映各个最终用户的话费情况 ,确保各运营商自己的利益 ,关口局计费系统已是迫在眉睫。本文从几个方面对关口局计费结算系统进行分析与设计。The equipment in China Telecom have lots of different format?many different ways of balance rate, and the bill for telephone are differed in thousands ways. For veraciously reflected the detailed bill of terminal user, and for insured the benefit of every enterprise, it is imminent to set up the Interface Statement Balance System. This article is dissertated from some aspect the analysis & devise of Interface Statement Balance System.
