摘　　要：本文根据中国的国情,从如何适应中国特色的电子商务的角度出发进行设计,在进行有益的实践后总结出一套符合中国传统分级经营管理且以解决实际商务问题为主线的应用服务型电子商务系统该系统建立在中国电信的骨干网之上,覆盖全国范围,不仅提供信息交流与发布服务,更重要的是为中国的广大企业提供电子商务的各种应用服务,为政府机构提高工作效率,方便用户,是融电子商务、电子政务、个人服务为一体的综合解决方案。This paper puts forward a application service eleetronic commerce system according the Chinese tradctional classified operation management.This system is built on the main net of Chinese Telecom.It provides not only information communion and aissuance,but also all kinds of applied service for most of the enterprises' electronic commerce.All these can increase the efficience of the public cistitution and convenience the clients.
